Somehow I was able to get it to load my reservation but it keeps giving an error and wont open it. Cant check in it see the reservation. Completely useless. Worst airline app Ive encountered. Uninstalling.

App is murther installing nor is opening . It happened when I updated the app. Strange

Installed almost a week ago. The only thing this app says is "sorry, encountered a technical problem. Please try again later." Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Deleted and re-entered my flight info multiple times. Now my flight is two days away and I cant even open my flight information. Completely. Useless.

Even though its an Arabic country airline but the app has 20 different languages but Arabic !!!! Thats absurd.. Waiting every update I check .. Still no Arabic language ... Very shameful !!!! Big question mark ????!!!!

Please update the app to iPhone 6 resolution.

App worked until recent update

What a horrible joke. I spent five minutes downloading this stupid app it doesnt have my upcoming flight nor my boarding pass. What an absolutely worthless piece of junk. PS I signed into my Emirates account so it should have all my information. Worthless worthless worthless

I will give it a 0 (zero) if I could. Horrible app, nothing works. Your data input will automatically be changed by the app. Apple raise your standard before you allow these junks to join the App Store. Folks its not worth the headache:(

App doesnt work! What a shame for Emirates Airline.. I am disappointed

I am actually stunned that I am writing this about an Emirates product. I tried to book a long haul first class ticket on the app. When I got to the pay screen it kept rejecting the payment. I checked with my bank and no charge had even been attempted. I then went to the website and booked successfully. When I went to the manage booking section on the website I HAD TWO IDENTICAL BOOKINGS WITH DIFFERENT CODES AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. I immediately phoned Emirates and they could only refund one of the tickets within several weeks. MY CREDIT CARD WAS MAXED OUT!!! When the refund finally came through it was $264 less than what I had paid. Because the ticket originated in South Africa it was charged in Rand and refunded several weeks later in Rand. During that time the currency fluctuated so I was out the money. EMIRATES REFUSES TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE WHICH I CONSIDER FRAUD SINCE THEIR APP FAILED!!!

Downloaded this app from the Apple Store to be able to get my boarding pass on my iPhone. This app will not allow me to login with either my Emirates mileage number nor email address. Tried several times always get a error message that my email/ mileage number or password is incorrect. Went to the site online and I was able to long in successfully no issues. This app needs to have their bugs fixed because its an big inconvenience to other that want to have that option to use their mobile device.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update the app for iPhone 6 display!!! This is the only thing ruining the app!

Fire the folks that are responsible for this application... This app cannot be effectively be used and its a shame, Emirates this app reflects your brand! This affects your NPS.

Not certain why a quality airline would... A) put something like this out, and B) ignore all these reviews that say the app doesnt work. App ALWAYS tells me theyre having technical problems, please try again.

I cant even check in with my passport info though it reads my US passport info.
