Completely Useless

Installed almost a week ago. The only thing this app says is "sorry, encountered a technical problem. Please try again later." Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Deleted and re-entered my flight info multiple times. Now my flight is two days away and I cant even open my flight information.
Completely. Useless.
