I checked-in already, just install the app to get electrical version of the boarding pass, but the app keep ask me checking in again and display wrong information.

App once open always crashed!!! Worst than previously version.

The App crashes regularly, its very slow and in advanced searches it doesnt give you the price until you entered your credit card info.

The trips are not loaded automatically. You have to input them yourself. What is the point? The internal feedback form does not work(impossible to close the keyboard to send)

Im a big Emirates fan and have been a frequent traveler with them for a while, but this app is beyond useless. Booking retrievability, checking flight details such as seating, menu selection are functions that I want to access when using the app - doesnt work however. The apps interface looks pretty but is far from an easy and intuitive command. To me, the apps ca. 60MB is an utter waste to my 128GB storage.

If you want to get details of your booked flight you always get an error message. useless

Only downloaded app cause website booking wont work. App doesnt open. Guess only newer iPhones allows you to spend money?

This app by Emirates is simply great!! Its so convenient to book flights as well as check your bookings, flight status, and much more. The app is pretty fast and easy to navigate. Very handy to have on the go. Although I do find that navigating though Emirates Skywards and trying to update/view bookings is rather difficult and glitchy. It says that I havent entered any frequent flier information in my bookings, but in reality I did!! So I try to go and enter my information once again but nothing seems to be updated even after repeated attempts. Fixing that would be wonderful. Furthermore, the bookings section can tend to be a bit slow and also glitchy. Lastly, having the option to interchange the departure city and the destination would making booking flights SO much easier. If I were to fly from YYZ to DXB, having the option to easily interchange the cities so DXB becomes the departure city and YYZ becomes the destination would help speed up the booking process and save time instead of going back to the menu and selecting the cities. But overall, its a great app that I would highly recommend! Great job EK team :) Keep up the good work!

You find everything But the button to buy the ticket.

It just fails to go to the final part where you can see the price. Showing an error message that I should try again later. Tried at the later time, same thing!!

Asks me to log in and accept the privacy policy every time I open the app. Please fix.

App has not opened since installing the update of 20-Apr-2016. Even after installing todays update, app still does not open. App worked ok prior to 20-Apr.
