App crashes and closes one else you add a trip, and you can not open app. Please fix!!!

In love with it

it informs about my flight, skyward really nice. however, booking through the app is full of issues.

Still needs: 1. Proper iPhone 6/6S and 6 Plus/6S Plus support. This is one year overdue. 2. Better support for itineraries that include flights on other airlines. Use a generic picture instead of a blank picture, show no information instead of wrong information, etc. 3. Stop asking for access to location when app is not being used. If there are features that require it, let us choose. See the Dark Sky app for example. Overall, this is a decent app. It should be much better though.

Was working perfectly on iPhone 6. Updated and now all text is jumbled and app is useless.

The menus are not showing the correct details For example the time to check in on line is not showing correctly

Text on check in button appears as "mytrips.triplist.timeToCheckIn"back button appears as common.modalview.back.. most of the other text shows internal names. How do you get this through QA!!??

The latest update results in field names showing up in the app. For example, where you should see "Please wait..." it shows "notification.pleasewait.text". Other examples of similar weird names are also present in the updated App.

The app is useless since the last upgrade. Keeps crashing

This app has made my travel easy. Only thing missing is native support for iPhone 6 display. App doesnt look good on iPhone 6.

This app is just not optimized and for a company as wonderful as Emirates, it deserves a much better app.

Where is the Arabic language option

We were trying to make a booking for a flight due to an emergency but the app just wouldnt work. It kept saying server timed out even when all other wifi requiring apps worked fine.

Ive tried booking a seat for myself but it wont show me the fare / cost of my ticket. It does show on the website but not on the app.

Its still not optimized for the iPhone 6, 6 Plus, or the iPad Pro. Still doesnt use Touch ID for login...which also takes longer than it should. Boarding passes added to Passbook dont update for gate/seat changes, nor do they pop-up automatically on the lock screen when you arrive at the airport. Other than that its decent, though navigating various options can be confusing as it doesnt use any standard iOS user interface elements and navigation. Apple Watch glance and app are quite well done, though still not updated to take advantage of watchOS 2.

And iPhone 6 been out for well over a year now...please update and I will update my rating.

The design is ok, but the usability is terrible. So many issues all over the app. I cant compete a booking because if visa Mastercard security, it seems ok to ignore that I guess because they arent the worlds largest payment services?!?! Thats nice, I cant make a booking. My upcoming bookings appear and disappear. Selecting a date for date of birth is terrible usability too. You keep getting an error unless you scroll backwards then click on the word required to close it. This was designed and developed without usability testing.

Does what it says it does!

This is a poorly designed cross platform application! I think, for a company like Emirates, shouldnt be a big deal paying some good native iOS developers to create a real and optimized Phone application. So, what are you waiting for? You are a international airline!!
