It was working well at first, then I could not retrieve my flight details. It kept saying, there is some technical error.
I am able to see my reservation but when trying to open it I receive a message that your app has a technical error.
Unable to retrieve reservations at all, basically the one thing it needs to be able to do does not work.
What is the use of this app if it doesnt show my reservations. It asks for reservations reference number to show the details.
Cant log in.
Its highly bugged unable to use much. View Eticket is messed up. App is now asking for an update in spite of having latest version installed too. Please kindly fix your bugs in your app.
Horribly designed app. Doesnt show my details after logon and after manually entering everything throws an error. When try to change any seat while checkin, it keeps throwing error saying seat is taken , no matter you select any other free ones. Totally a bad experience. Highly disappointed!!!

No option for the city I live in, only the cities where Emirates departs from. Had to use the computer to book

Emirates doesnt care about customers, their system goes down, they DONOT have a immediate back up plan, they process the check in manually with just 2 persons when 100+ customers were waiting. Really poooor service and customer care, they dont give proper announcements about flight delay. You can imagine how their App is, its of no use, cant check in online also
Apparently, the great service received on Emirates flights and in the airport doesnt translate to their app. Its missing a lot of features that other airline apps have (e.g. online check-in) and the mileage balances dont update. I have to log into the website to get the true balances. Need to hire a professional app development company to help out with the design and implementation.
My biggest issue is that the app is never up to date with my current flights (My Trips) and the refresh function doesnt work. Too bad since most other things Emirates does is top notch.
Emirates has a lot to learn from the other airlines Apps on how to provide the needed functionality and features for a good airline app. Also very confusing to navigate the limited functionality they do provide. Very disappointing for an airline that prides itself on customer satisfaction and experience.

For a brand as strong as Emirates that prides itself as being one of the best airlines in the world this app is shockingly bad. Doesnt update miles info properly, doesnt highlight the offers well and basically just pushes you back to the webpage..not moving with the times well
While signing up through app, dare of birth drop down values are not selecting properly in the sense it takes the previous integer value of date what we select from the drop down. This should have been caught up in quality assurance.
Ive never written a review, mostly because the apps I use do exactly what they should and what they claim. This app on the other hand is so frustrating to use. It doesnt sync with your online info, asks for information to be entered again and again. Checking in for a flight with the app is just as bad as everything else the app does. I have heard so much good about Emirates, but both this app, and their website reflect terribly on them as a brand. My trip is already off to a bad start and I havent even left yet.
What were you thinking when you took away the "manage my booking" option?!!!
