Worst Service

Emirates doesnt care about customers, their system goes down, they DONOT have a immediate back up plan, they process the check in manually with just 2 persons when 100+ customers were waiting. Really poooor service and customer care, they dont give proper announcements about flight delay.
You can imagine how their App is, its of no use, cant check in online also
