Still needs a few features

Still needs:

1. Proper iPhone 6/6S and 6 Plus/6S Plus support. This is one year overdue.

2. Better support for itineraries that include flights on other airlines. Use a generic picture instead of a blank picture, show no information instead of wrong information, etc.

3. Stop asking for access to location when app is not being used. If there are features that require it, let us choose. See the Dark Sky app for example.

Overall, this is a decent app. It should be much better though.
