Really good and easy to use app

Many of the features are not working especially with manage booking. Hopefully they can fix it.

USA needs to step it up, Emirates is the standard I wish Delta or any airline in the USA needs to at least try. Maybe they will gives the USA can learn from Emirates.

I am a frequent traveler and I was thinking British Airways have the best Rewards app , until I started Flying Emirates. There is no comparison, plus the service and facilities provided by Emirates are unique and unmatched. Please keep the good work.

The app still has bugs. Often it is impossible to book your car pickup or destination on the app and you have to call ground support just to have them do it. Also you can often not book your overnight stay in Dubai when flying first class. These errors have been in the app for over two years now. The flight experience is so great how can they not fix the app?

Cannot book a ticket with skyward miles unless you call or book through a computer browser

It’s my new favorite airline to travel. I just wish I found out sooner. I was loyal to the other one I use to fly with. But it seems their products remained unchanged for years. So I’m hoping to stay with emirates.

Emirates does not money to build a better app for iPad it’s a mix of desktop website and iPhone app

It is really good and useful software.

Very easy to use. Saves a lot of time and hassle by having all the information in the Emirates system ahead of time. Just scan the passport and the boarding passes and luggage tags are printed.

I am outside a wifi network and am just trying to access the app to see if I can upgrade my ticket. But your app is asking for an update and will not let me get into the app till I upgrade. And I don’t want to upgrade now outside my WiFi. I think you should allow me to use the app and update when I want without forcing me to wait for the update. Unless it’s a major security risk.

There are many features that the website version has which are not included in the app such as family account management. The app does not let you book family travel or saves your preferences. It’s good to view your bookings and choose seats; anything beyond that you have to go to the web version.

The app is functional, but not up to current experience standards. Especially key features, like seat selection, suffer from slow performance because they’re webview pages vs native

Cannot add a booking / trip on the app for the last few days saying there is 'a technical issue'. Very frustrating.

Our flight was delayed and then canceled and they wouldn’t refund all my money. This is my third time fight with them and this will be the last time.

Easy anyone can book their tickets!

I’m trying to book tickets using the app and it won’t let me select seats . Its frustrating

Normally I have no issues and use the app often, but the update you just rolled out keeps crashing. I cannot use the app at all right now. Please fix!!!

It’s a clean, user friendly and easy to navigate App. Incredibly efficient and seamless process. I was able to book and pay for my flight without any delay or glitch.

I downloaded the app Try to add my book flight it says it temporarily out of service try againg. My suggestion to this add maker to throw in trash an start againg. An I don’t know where your 4 an 5 star title are coming from because all I see is 1 star an 2 or 3 an veeeeery little 4 or 5 star

There is a bug in the app that does not go past the summary screen and does not allow user to purchase the tickets from the app.

Emirates I think is the best airline based on customer service, comfort and amenities offered.(My opinion). Their App is super easy to use and has all relevant details readily available. The App seem easier to use than using their website

Emirates is a well run airline and the app does pretty well. However, when your itinerary includes legs on partner airlines there are some bugs and things that don’t work well. In particular, Fly Dubai is a garbage app, and their flight times, frequent delays do not integrate well with the Emirates app. Emirates should reconsider its partnership with Fly Dubai as their app, customer communication, etc do not live up to Emirates standards.

Should be maintained more carefully

I’ve flown emirates business, Singapore business, Qatar business, United business and economy in all the same airlines. Emirates business class is by far the best, hands down, no comparison. They fly the a380 to the most destinations. I’ve had the a380 on every single one of my flights, even the short 3 hour flight. Doha airport shuttles you around like cattle on their buses when they land you in the middle of their parking lots, the ve never been on a bus in Dubai airport. Emirates customer service is also top notch. The economy on the other airlines also fails in comparison to emirates. When it comes to price emirates also beats out the others!!! I’ll add 3 extra hours onto my trip just to fly emirates!

Virtually impossible to get seat map the first time around and terribly slow. Also user experience.

Absolutely amazing. A fifteen hour flight was like staying at a 5 star hotel all the way! It was such an exciting part of our vacation!
